Synopsis for 2nd Book, Trippin' (in bookstores July 2006)

For those of you that read my first one, Bulletproof Soul, you'll find that Trippin': An Urban Travel Tale is verrrrrry different.

I think as a writer, your goals should always be to connect with readers and touch their hearts and look for new challenges as you develop your craft. Hopefully, I’ve accomplished all of the above and will affect readers profoundly with my sexy, new novel.
Not only am I writing from a darker place, but I've also taken up the challenge of writing for 7 main characters (yes, it's as hard as it sounds!:-) and there is the added element of suspense that wasn't in my 1st novel. I hope readers enjoy it!

Anon - Thanks for the support -- if you knew anything about the biz of publishing -- you'd know I can't rush out the book (LOL)! I wish I could...everything with the publisher is on a tight schedule and unfortunately my book won't see the light of day until July '06.

SD -- You're the humor writer, aren't you? I both enjoy and am scared of your stories! Keep up your entertaining writing.

Sheila -- Thanks for the kind words. I hope you'll check out the final book.

Sylvia -- Wow, a long-time author visiting little old me? Glad you liked what you read. I love your site by the way too!

Michele,
I was just reading the reviews from Amazon on Bullet Proof Soul and it sounds like a good read from the reviews. It's going to be a different read for me when compared to what I have in my library (mostly non-fiction), but I'm going to order it.

...by the way, I noticed that you have instructions on ordering straight from you. I'll do that instead of Amazon. Thanks in advance and have a great weekend!

SB -- As a mostly nonfiction reader, you're giving my first crack at fiction a try? Wow, I'm honored. I guarantee that you and your wife will enjoy it! Thanks for taking a chance on me! :-)
